Daybreak at Li Mountain

Li Mountain, whose tea farms range from 1700 to 2600 meters high, is one of the highest tea regions in Taiwan. With lingering mist and clouds over a continuous stretch of mountains, it is no wonder that tea from Li Mountain is considered one of the best high mountain teas. Daybreak grows at an altitude of 2200 meters. Only leaves facing the sun are plucked. The underbelly of the leaf is thick and tender, the tea fragrance elegant, with a long sweet aftertaste.
