Return process and rights

For the return of any item, in addition to the seven-day hesitation period provided under the Consumer Protection Act and other relevant laws and regulations in Taiwan, within seven days of receiving the item, return services are available. However, in other regions, if a return request is made due to personal preference or reasons unrelated to product defects, the customer must pay for return shipping.

Returned goods must be in brand new condition and packaging intact, and all accompanying accessories, packaging, and invoices intact, otherwise, returns will not be accepted.

**You are responsible for the return shipping fees. If Wistaria Tea incurs shipping fees upon receiving the returned item, the amount will be deducted from your refund.

The seven-day hesitation period starts from the day after receiving the product (for example: if the product is received on 1/5, the seven-day hesitation period is before 1/12), consumers who want to apply for a return during the hesitation period, please be sure to do so within the hesitation period. If it is submitted outside the time limit, this right cannot be claimed.

The seven-day hesitation period is not a trial period. If the consumer finds a product unsuitable and decides to return the product during the hesitation period, the item must be kept in its original condition, including the item itself, gifts, warranties, and all accompanying documents or materials, without missing any items or outer boxes.

If you want to return the product, please submit a replacement notice through "Contact Us" within the seven-day hesitation period. After confirmation, we will send someone to contact you. Please pay attention to your mailbox and member center notification.
When applying for a return, please be sure to put the complete products, accessories, gifts and packing boxes you ordered in the original outer packing box, and receive the return receipt from the pick-up personnel and keep the receipt until the refund is received, so as to facilitate subsequent return operations. If you have received an invoice, please send it back with the returned product.

Depending on the delivery address of the exchanged product, the arrival time of the corresponding product will also vary.

Please include the value of the returned product in the selection of the shipping method. It is recommended that higher-value products use a trackable and safer delivery service. Wistaria Tea cannot guarantee that all returned products will be received. Please send all returned products to Wistaria Tea Warehouse: 23586, 7th Floor, 7th Floor, No. 880, Zhongzheng Road, Zhonghe District, New Taipei City, Taiwan. And send an email to shop.wistaria@gmail.com to inform us about the refund.

Wistaria Tea does not accept returns or exchanges for the following products:
 

  • Tea products are perishable food items. Slight variations among similar products are normal. Once opened, they cannot be returned unless there are outstanding conditions.
  • Books with obvious signs of use.
  • Opened CDs or DVDs.
  • Discounted items or items limited to certain promotions.
  • Any items that are not in their original packaging or original condition, or items damaged or with missing parts due to reasons other than Wistaria Tea's service error.


Except for the circumstances listed below, Wisteria House does not accept any request for exchange or return.

The product is damaged during the delivery process. If the product is damaged during the delivery process, Wistaria Tea will replace the new product for you without charging any fees. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item and return damaged items within 30 days.

Defective Merchandise You have the right to return any defective merchandise with proof of purchase. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item and return the defective item within 30 days.

WRONG ITEMS If you find that you have received an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible within seven days of receipt and indicate that the correct item is returned to Wistaria Tea along with the incorrect item. After receiving the returned product, Wistaria Tea will check the information as soon as possible and send the correct product or handle a refund.

Refund method:
For ATM payment and WEB ATM payment orders, after confirming the return and completing the product inspection, the payment will be refunded by remittance.
For credit card payment orders, after confirming the return and completing product acceptance, the payment will be refunded to the original credit card account.
For orders paid by Paypal, the payment will be refunded to the buyer's account after confirming the return and completing the product inspection.


Other considerations
For bundled products, individual item returns cannot be accepted. Please cancel the entire amount and place a new order.
When returning the goods, the goods in the entire order must be returned together. Please pack all the goods in the order and return them together at the same time.
You can also choose to go to the store to handle the return when applying, and we will contact you to confirm the return time in the store.
Please be sure to fill in the receiving information completely and correctly. If the information is not filled in correctly, the order will be automatically canceled.
In case of misdelivery or failure to deliver due to incorrect information, the purchaser will be responsible for the relevant extended shipping costs.
