1. Terms of Sale

   (1) These terms apply to any orders placed through the official Wistaria Tea House online store - Wistaria Mall (henceforth referred to as the "Mall") for the purchase of goods from Wistaria Tea House Limited. By submitting an order, you (henceforth referred to as "you") confirm that you have fully read, understood, and accepted the content of these terms and conditions, and by submitting an order to purchase goods, you agree to be bound by these terms.
   (2) Using the Wistaria Mall also indicates your agreement and acceptance of our Terms of Use and Privacy Statement. Wistaria Tea House recommends that you carefully read the aforementioned terms before using any services provided by the Mall.
   (3) Wistaria Tea House reserves the right to refuse, for any reason, to process or accept transactions, or to refuse service to anyone. Wistaria Tea House shall not be liable to you or any third party for any damages arising from our withdrawal of any goods from the website, whether the goods have been sold, or from deleting, screening, or editing any materials or content on the website, or from refusing to process, proceed, or suspend any transactions. Wistaria Tea House reserves the right to change the terms of sale posted on the Mall at any time. By placing an order on the Mall, you also indicate that you have agreed to and accepted the latest terms of sale.

2. Personal Information

   (1) When you register a member account on Wistaria Mall, you must ensure that the personal information provided is correct and complete.
   (2) Any changes to personal information, including shipping address, should be updated immediately in the personal information registered on the Mall.

3. Password

   (1) When you register as a member of the Mall, you will be asked to set a password. Please ensure the security of your personal password and avoid disclosing it to others. You agree and accept full responsibility for the use of your personal password, including orders submitted without your consent.
   (2) If you know or suspect that your personal password has been compromised, please change your password immediately or notify Wistaria Tea House to delete your member account.

4. Orders

   (1) Any goods purchased through the Mall will be subject to the terms of sale.
   (2) Wistaria Tea House products are subject to quantity restrictions, so orders will also be affected accordingly. The goods listed in the shopping cart do not guarantee a reservation and may be purchased by other users, unless you receive an order confirmation email from Wistaria Tea House.

5. Order Confirmation

   (1) The order submitted on the Mall is not a formal order contract. The order contract is based on the order confirmation email sent by Wistaria Tea House.
   (2) Wistaria Tea House reserves the discretionary right to refuse any orders submitted on the Mall, especially those related to reputation or unpaid orders. Wistaria Tea House also reserves the right to limit or cancel the purchase quantity of any customer, group of member accounts, or order. When Wistaria Tea House decides to change or cancel an order, a notification will be sent to the email address, mailing address, or phone number provided on the order.
   (3) Wistaria Tea House reserves the right to limit or refuse any orders that we believe are placed by resellers or distributors.

6. Price

   (1) The prices listed on the Mall are in New Taiwan Dollars.
   (2) If you use a credit card issued outside Taiwan, the deducted amount will be based on the exchange rate of the transaction amount processed by the credit card center on the day of the transaction.
   (3) The selling price of goods is based on the amount displayed on the web page on the day of the order, including the goods tax, but excluding shipping costs.
   (4) The shipping cost is based on the amount displayed on the web page on the day of the order. Please note that shipping costs may vary depending on the weight and size of the package, and the selected shipping method.
   (5) Wistaria Tea House reserves the right to correct the price of goods and shipping costs at any time due to writing, printing, or calculation errors.

7. Customs Import Tax

   (1) Any parcel exported to non-Taiwan areas is based on the premise of unpaid customs duties. If the country of destination requires customs import tax and related commodity tax, you, as the importer of the ordered parcel, are required to pay this amount. This amount is not included in the shipping cost and will be collected by the freight company. Customs import policies vary by country, so please check with your local customs. Wistaria Tea House is not responsible for any actions taken by customs in various countries, including retention or confiscation of goods.

8. Shipping

   (1) Once your order is confirmed by Wistaria Tea House, it will be shipped to the shipping address you provided on the Mall.
   (2) Wistaria Tea House will make every effort to ensure that the ordered goods can be shipped within 7 working days, but cannot guarantee that there will be no delays due to other uncontrollable factors.
   (3) For goods shipped by Wistaria Mall to Taiwan and China (including Hong Kong and Macau), they will be shipped by Taiwan Post or local logistics companies. For goods shipped to other countries, they will be shipped by Taiwan Post or DHL. All international shipments will be sent by international express delivery. Before the goods arrive at the shipping address, Wistaria Tea House will ensure the shipping status of the goods.
   (4) Goods shipped by Wistaria Mall require the recipient's signature. If the recipient is not the purchaser (in the form of a gift), you must accept the signed receipt on behalf of the recipient or any person at the shipping address, and the responsibility for the shipment of the goods will be transferred to them.

9. Confirmation of Goods Status

   (1) The Wistaria Tea House sales terms ensure that all goods shipped by us are in good condition and can be delivered to the shipping address in good condition. However, you are responsible for confirming the quantity and condition of the goods when you receive them.
   (2) If you find any damaged or missing goods, please immediately report it to the freight company, fill out the cargo damage report, and notify Wistaria Tea House within 7 days from the date of receipt. In this case, Wistaria Tea House is responsible for providing replacement goods. Please refer to clause 10 (Returns and Exchanges) below for details.

11. Payment

    (1) To complete an online order transaction, you must complete the full payment for the order through the Wistaria Tea House online payment channel.
    (2) If you choose to pay by credit card, the payment will be deducted immediately. Your credit card information will be partially captured according to security principles.
    (3) Wistaria Tea House accepts JCB, Visa, MasterCard, and other payment methods provided. The payment will be deducted from your bank account. When using a credit card payment channel, you are responsible for ensuring that the credit card used is in your name or that you have obtained the consent of the credit card holder. All credit card holders will be subject to authorization confirmation from the credit card issuing bank. If your payment is rejected, Wistaria Tea House will not be responsible for any delays or cancellations in shipping the goods.
    (4) Wistaria Tea House promises to take reasonable and prudent measures to protect the details of your order and payment information within the scope of its ability. In the event that any third party obtains any information you provide without authorization while visiting or ordering from the website, Wistaria Tea House will not be liable for any losses you may incur.
    (5) Wistaria Tea House reserves the right to refuse to process and accept transactions, or to refuse to provide services to anyone. Wistaria Tea House may at any time remove items from the website, modify item information, stop or delay the item transaction process, and shall not be liable to you or any third party, whether the item has been sold or not.

12. Limitation of Liability

    (1) The photos and text displayed and described on the Wistaria Tea House website are for reference only. Wistaria Tea House shall not be liable for any errors or omissions in the photos or text displayed on the website.
    (2) Without limiting the scope covered by the general terms of sale, the total value of any type of claim, whether the goods have been shipped or not, shall not exceed the purchase price of the damaged compensation product. In no event shall Wistaria Tea House be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the resale or reuse of goods, whether or not Wistaria Tea House is aware or may be aware of such damages.

13. Force Majeure

    (1) Wistaria Tea House will make every effort to fulfill its obligations. However, Wistaria Tea House shall not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery caused by any circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Such circumstances include strikes, wars, natural disasters, or any other circumstances that make production, transportation, or product delivery impossible. In the event of a delay, Wistaria Tea House will fulfill its obligations as soon as possible and reserves the right to distribute the remaining goods to customers in a fair and

14. Applicable Law and Terms

    (1) These terms of sale are governed by the laws of the country in which Wistaria Tea House Limited is registered and established, and the invoice for your order will be based on that law.
    (2) The exclusive legal terms are the same as the applicable laws in the country/region.
