Ali Mt. Oolong
The mists and warm sun of Taiwan’s legendary Ali Mountain nurtured this wonderful tea. It was tended by the Zhen family, who has won several of Taiwan’s tea competitions and awards for quality. They begin harvesting in spring or at the beginning of winter and continue into the spring. The liquor is rich and subtle, like the mountain where it comes from.
