2014 Spring White Tea of the Ancient Tree from Lincang, Yunnan
Chinese white tea is a partially fermented tea which involves the lowest level of man-made work throughout making process. The nature of it is simple and natural; mild but meaningful. Over the time, its inclusion becomes milder and richer which add more weight to its value. Our tea uses hand-picked tea leaves from the Ancient Tea Trees area in Yunnan, China in the early spring. Withering tea leaves for 72 hours, no rolling, no stir fixation, and dry in the sun. The tea liquor contains rich L-Theanine and fragrant aroma. It tastes silky and sweet, and that rich taste even lasts till the 7th steeping.
