Crafted from organically grown Qingxin Ganzi tea cultivar leaves harvested in the tea gardens of Sanxia, Taiwan, this white tea expresses the distinctive terroir of Sanxia together with the unique aromatic character of this rare cultivar.
Its liquor is naturally sweet, fresh, and refreshing, with a subtle cooling sensation on the palate. For a fuller and more layered flavor, we recommend using a slightly larger amount of tea leaves or extending the infusion time. Gentle and approachable, it is an excellent introduction to Taiwanese white tea for first-time drinkers.
