Introducing Autumn’s Echo, the twin brother of Spring's Awakening: same leaves, different processes. While Spring's Awakening is crafted into Raw Pu-erh (Sheng), Autumn’s Echo undergoes the traditional wet piling fermentation, where natural bacteria and microorganisms inherent in the leaves, air, and water of Yunnan transform the leaves over a period of one month. This process darkens the tea from golden to deep earthy tones, turning its sharp, grassy notes into smooth, malty, and soothing flavors. Traditionally, Ripe (Shou) Pu-erh was often made from lower-quality leaves, but today, skilled producers create premium Ripe Pu-erh from fine leaves, offering a drinkable tea that doesn't require decades of aging like Raw Pu-erh does.]
We are happy to guarantee that Autumn’s Echo is entirely fermented using naturally occurring bacteria and microorganisms, without the use of any lab created bacterial strains.
