Tea Descriptions
Sanxia Organic Green Tea — Bi Luo Chun
Originally from the Dongting Lake region in Zhejiang, China, Bi Luo Chun is a pan-fired, non-fermented green tea known for its captivating fragrance. This version comes from Sanxia, a historic Taiwanese tea-growing region with over 200 years of heritage. Crafted from early spring buds (one bud with two leaves), the leaves are tightly curled into spiral shapes with fine white down. The liquor is clear and jade-green, with a gentle hint of seaweed and an elegant, refreshing aroma.
Meijiawu Longjing
From the core production area of West Lake, this tea features vibrant green leaves and a refined, graceful appearance. The pre-Qingming first harvest carries delicate floral notes with a tender bean fragrance, offering a layered yet restrained taste. An excellent choice for those who appreciate subtlety and classical elegance.
Shifeng Longjing
Shifeng is regarded as the foremost among the five famed production areas of West Lake Longjing (“Shi, Long, Yun, Hu, Mei”). Its unique sandy white soil gives the tea a structured body and depth. The leaves show a slightly yellow-green hue, with a distinctive roasted chestnut and bean aroma—an irreplaceable classic cherished by tea connoisseurs.
Qiantang Longjing
Grown along the banks of the Qiantang River in Hangzhou, where mountains and water meet, this tea benefits from an ideal environment that enhances its freshness. The pre-Qingming harvest reveals the lively brightness and natural sweetness of spring tea. A wonderful and accessible choice for those seeking the crisp vitality of early spring.
